Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use printerqueue.com.

What we collect

The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no analytics and no advertising. It sets no cookies of its own.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.

The fixer and copy buttons

The Printer Queue Fixer and the Copy buttons run entirely in your browser. Your choices and anything you copy are not sent to us or stored.

Search

The search box runs in your browser against a list of this site's pages. What you type is not sent to us or stored.

YouTube videos

The video tutorial pages show a thumbnail image loaded from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com), which receives your IP address like any web request. The video itself loads only when you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, Google's YouTube may store data in your browser and process information about your viewing as described in Google's privacy policy. The videos are made by their own channels, not by us.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We don't add you to any list or share your email with anyone else, and we delete old correspondence that we no longer need.

Changes

If we add analytics or advertising, this page will be updated before they go live, and it will describe the cookies they set and how to opt out.
