What this site does

PrinterQueue explains how to open, read, cancel and clear a printer queue on Windows 11, Windows 10 and Mac. Each guide starts with the answer, then gives the steps and the reasons behind them. The fixer on the home page picks the right steps for your device and problem.

The site only gives instructions. It can't see or change your printer, and it doesn't offer remote or phone support.

How guides are checked

Steps follow Microsoft's and Apple's own documentation, and each guide links to the official page it relies on, next to the step it supports. Each guide shows the date it was last updated. When Windows or macOS changes a menu, the guide is updated.
